I am a passionate home cook and entertaining is one of my passions. I have been involved in culinary exploits for many years. I have been in the gourmet food business, producing and selling Peter B’s Pecan Crunch (Peter B’s is a family recipe that I produced commercially and now make seasonally for friends and family during the holidays). I was involved as the co-chairman of a very successful Jr. League cookbook and am currently writing my own cookbook featuring family favorite recipes. I have also traveled extensively and sampled some of the best restaurants in the United States. All of these experiences have sharpened my culinary skills and food adventures.
